Background check, for each adult.
Credit check, for each adult, to be submitted by applicant
A minimum score of 620.
Proof of Renters insurance before move in.
Proof of income required, for each adult (2 pay stubs).
Total monthly income must be 3x monthly rent
Fees
Deposit is equal to one month of rent
Pet Deposit $ 300/1 pet, $400/2 pets (non refundable)
No monthly pet rent
Minimum required for move in is one month rent plus deposit equal to rent
