We prefer for all applicants to go through Zillow.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
If under the age of 21 years a co-signer is required
Background check, for each adult.
Credit check, for each adult
A minimum score of 620.
Proof of Renters insurance before move in.
Proof of income required, for each adult (2 pay stubs).
Total monthly income (after taxes) must be 2.5x monthly rent
Require documentation for ESA
Vaccination records for pets
Fees
Pet Deposit $300 (non refundable)
Cleaning fee (comes out of deposit)
No monthly pet rent
Minimum required for move in:
Current month rent (if partial month will be prorated)
Deposit equal to one month rent
Pet deposit, if applicable
