Background check, for each adult.
Credit check, for each adult, to be submitted by applicant
A minimum score of 620 (this is a guideline).
Proof of Renters insurance before move in.
Proof of income required, for each adult (2 pay stubs).
Total monthly income must be 2x monthly rent
1 year contract.
Fees
Deposit is equal to one month of rent
Pet Deposit $ 300 (non refundable)
No monthly pet rent
Minimum required for move in is one month rent plus deposit equal to rent
